New Delhi, 12th Feb: On a recently held event at Indian Habitat Centre, former Indian cricketers Gautam Gambhir, along with renowned celebrities from the world of Arts Shovana Narayan, Victor Banerjee, Ruchika Kawlra Motwani and Global Health and Nutrition Expert Dr. Rajiv Tandon unveiled the book “ITS EASY TO BE YOU”.
The book written by top-notch Indian Olympic mind Coach and author Radhika Kawlra Singh is a perfect and well-needed trigger in today’s chaotic world where people need to take responsibility of creating their own tomorrow. It hands you simple technique that you can use independently and makes you self-reliant as a person. The book is a great example of true empowerment where people looking for solutions do not need to be dependent upon others, formulas or anyone else to heal; on the contrary this book is unique for it reminds people of how powerful they truly are. The purpose of book is to help people realize that they are synonymous with the universe and thus have the power within themselves to create every powerful next moment.
Commenting on her book launch, Radhika said, “The key to fulfilling the universe’s mission in knowing itself better, is to trigger each person to awaken by going within his/her space of ‘YOU’ to first mend the relationship within and this book helps to achieve this purpose by knowing yourself better.”
Victor Banerjee the erstwhile icon of the silver screen reflects on the book titled ‘It’s easy to be You, with absolute joy and enthusiasm. He said, “I’m enthused about the level of perception that this book reflects upon. Using Observation and perception are incredibly useful”. Victor added, “This book that Radhika has written has lots of lovely things in it, she talks about us having to understand ourselves, overcome these little shortcomings – she talks about brahma and Brahman” and he continues with the words from her book , “our struggles are shared spaces of engagement in the one spirit” this amazes me”
The former Indian cricketer Gautam Gambhir quoted, “As a professional sports person I have encountered self-doubts, fear, anxiety and most things negative. What started as an absolute love-affair with cricket sometimes became an undesirable burden. I wish I had “It’s Easy to be You” in those moments. Each of the 192 pages talks to you but I’d recommend don’t talk back to them, only listen. Radhika very clinically makes the book a “must have”, especially through chapters like “365 Messages of Divine Essence” or “To dismiss fear” or “To release trauma”. The designs of the book are so much a part and only enhance the experience. For cricketers, this book is as compulsory as an abdomen guard in their kitbags!”
The book is published by Bloomsbury at Rs. 399, also available on Amazon for Rs.299.
